From March 16th to 22d, 2019, fifteen foreign publishers of literature and the humanities will be invited to take part in this programme which consists of professional meetings and appointments with their French counterparts, and visits to publishing houses.
As in previous years, several professional round table debates will focus on the main challenges facing humanities and literature publishers in France and abroad.
One day and two half-days will be devoted to business meetings between Fellows, publishers, editors and rights managers in France:
- monday, March 18 all day long, at the Paris book fair;
- wednesday, March 20, from 9.30 to 1 pm at the CNL;
- thursday, March 21, from 1 pm in the publishers' offices.
This 9th edition of the Fellowship Programme in Paris is organized by BIEF, with the support of the Centre National du Livre and SOFIA.
